Job Title: Fire Protection Project Manager - Fire Alarm / Sprinkler / Special Hazards - Memphis, TN

 

Pay: $80,000-$100,000 plus holiday and performance bonuses

 

About the Opportunity:

Our client is a fast-growing fire protection contractor with a strong project backlog. They need a seasoned Project Manager to deliver commercial fire protection projects on time, on budget and to code.

 

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage fire alarm, fire sprinkler or special hazard projects from award through close-out

- Own schedules, budgets, change orders, submittals and billing

- Coordinate field crews, designers, GCs, vendors and AHJs

- Drive safety, quality and customer satisfaction on every job

 

Qualifications:

- 10+ years of fire protection field experience

- Preferably 10 years as a PM on fire alarm, sprinkler or special hazard systems (qualified candidates with less PM experience considered)

- Stable work history
