We're seeking a detail-oriented Financial Accountant to support financial reporting, compliance, job costing, and month-end close activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Onsite Only (No Remote or Hybrid Option)
Requirements
What You'll Do
- Prepare journal entries, account reconciliations, and month-end close support
- Support revenue recognition and job cost accounting
- Maintain fixed asset records and depreciation schedules
- Prepare sales & use tax, property tax, and other compliance filings
- Assist with annual audits and tax return preparation
- Analyze financial data and drive process improvements
- Ensure accurate general ledger reporting and financial records
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of financial accounting experience
- Manufacturing or service industry experience preferred
- CPA or accounting certification is a plus
- Knowledge of sales tax compliance
- Advanced Excel and accounting system skills
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication abilities
- Detail-oriented professional who thrives in a deadline-driven environment
