 Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating OfficerAtlanta, Georgia | Full-Time | Primarily In OfficePosition SummaryThe Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer provides high-level administrative and organizational support across multiple affiliated companies. This trusted role keeps the COO organized, prepared, and focused by coordinating schedules, travel, communications, projects, and executive priorities while maintaining the highest level of professionalism and confidentiality.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the COO's calendar, travel, meetings, and executive correspondence.Coordinate projects, action items, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.Support HR, Accounting, IT, Operations, and executive initiatives as assigned.Assist with confidential business and occasional personal administrative matters.Maintain executive files, schedules, and priorities with exceptional organization.Coordinate meetings, prepare minutes, and follow up on action items.Travel & Work EnvironmentPrimarily based in the Atlanta office with regular travel to the Marietta facility.Accompany the COO to meetings, company locations, and business events.Occasional out-of-state travel as business needs require.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.Primarily in-office; occasional remote work based on business needs.QualificationsBachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience.Five (5)+ years supporting senior executives or C-suite leadership.Advanced Microsoft 365 skills.Exceptional organization, discretion, communication, and independent work ethic.The Right CandidateHonest, dependable, and trustworthyCalm, professional, and composed under pressureHighly organized and detail-orientedSelf-starter who executes with minimal supervisionMaintains strict confidentialityRespects organizational structure and enjoys helping others succeedCompensation & BenefitsSalary: $80,000–$95,000 annually (DOE)100% Employer-Paid BenefitsMedicalDentalVisionLifeAccidentCancerCritical IllnessAdditional BenefitsPaid Time OffPaid HolidaysCompany-paid business travelProfessional development opportunities
