Executive Assistant To PresidentProvide direct administrative support to the President, including managing schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements. Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of the President. Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Coordinate and manage special projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals. Maintain confidentiality in handling sensitive information and documents. Facilitate communication and collaboration across departments to support the President's initiatives. Monitor and prioritize emails, calls, and other forms of communication for the President. Assist with event planning and execution as needed. Build relationships with clients and support investor relations initiatives on behalf of the President and her wider team.
