Provide high-level administrative support to senior leaders in the commercial organization, enhancing their effectiveness through calendar management, travel coordination, meeting prep, expense processing, and project support.
Manage complex schedules, arrange travel, and coordinate meetings across time zones.
Support sales initiatives, prepare executive materials, and track meeting action items.
Communicate professionally on behalf of executives, handle confidential information, and assist with special projects.
Require 5+ years of executive support experience, advanced MS Office skills, and strong organization, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
Preferred: Bachelor's degree and CRM experience.
