You will work closely with the CEO and collaborate with senior leadership, including the CFO, COO, and General Counsel.
This is an outstanding opportunity for an ambitious professional looking to gain significant executive-level exposure and potentially build toward a future Chief of Staff position or advanced degree in law, public policy, or administration.

• Lead and coordinate high-priority special projects
• Help develop systems and workflows for the Executive Office
• Draft sophisticated correspondence, Board materials, policy memos, and executive communications
• Serve as a liaison between executive leadership and teams throughout the organization
• Assist leadership with urgent operational and legal matters requiring discretion
• Manage the CEO’s calendar with a focus on strategic priorities
• Develop tracking and project-management systems for executive deliverables
• Coordinate executive meetings, staff events, off-site meetings, and retreats
• Provide administrative and operational support as needed
IDEAL CANDIDATE
• Exceptional writing and communication skills
• Highly polished and professional
• Intellectually curious and an exceptionally fast learner
• Strong research and analytical abilities
• Excellent project management and organizational skills
• Technically savvy with project-management tools
• High emotional intelligence and diplomacy
• Comfortable working with C-Suite executives and confidential information
• Able to move seamlessly between strategic projects and day-to-day executive needs
• Interested in non-profit leadership, government, law, public policy, or social services
QUALIFICATIONS
• Bachelor’s Degree required
• Master’s degree (MPA, MPH, MPP) or JD background/candidacy is highly valued
• 2+ years of professional experience in government, legal, management consulting, non-profit operations, or a related environment
• Strong technical and project-management skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment
This is an opportunity to have a front-row seat to executive decision-making within a large NYC non-profit organization while gaining hands-on exposure to operations, policy, governance, legal matters, and organizational strategy.
