Position Responsibilities: 

  • The Executive Administrative Assistant will support the Commercial Leadership Team, requiring a self-motivated, honest, and professional individual who can handle confidential matters with discretion, urgency, and strong attention to detail 
  • You will manage active calendars, book complex travel, coordinate internal and external meetings, and handle diverse administrative duties with discretion 
  • You will prioritize conflicting needs, handle matters proactively, and ensure successful completion of tasks with minimal supervision 
  • You will prepare email notifications, create calendar reminders, pre-fill investment documents, and manage data rooms and investment portals 
  • Other duties as assigned 
Qualifications:

Required Education and Experience:  

  • Bachelor's Degree with 4 to 6 years related experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree with 7 to 9 years experience

Preferred Education and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s Degree
