The Executive Administrator provides strategic executive and administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer, Executive Leadership Team, and Board of Directors. The role serves as a trusted partner responsible for coordinating executive operations, managing Board governance activities, facilitating communications, overseeing administrative support services, and ensuring the efficient execution of critical business activities.
This position requires exceptional judgment, discretion, organizational capability, and the ability to manage complex priorities in a fast-paced, highly confidential environment. The Executive Administrator directly supervises the Executive Assistants and provides leadership and oversight of executive support resources and administrative processes across the organization.

Minimum Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
Preferred
- Associate''s or Bachelor''s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Manage complex Executive calendars, meeting schedules, executive correspondence, and key business priorities. Prepare, coordinate, and enhance presentations, reports, and executive communications.
- Serve as a trusted liaison between executives, stakeholders, and external partners while maintaining strict confidentiality.
- Coordinate Board and Committee meetings, including agendas, materials, governance documentation, and meeting logistics. Administer Board materials through governance platforms.
- Manage travel arrangements for Executives and Board members, including itineraries, accommodations, visas, and transportation.
- Manage Executive and Board expense reporting processes and related administrative activities.
- Coordinate purchase orders, procurement requests, and vendor engagements supporting executive operations.
- Coordinate corporate sponsorships, conference participation, and strategic business events.
- Coordinate administrative coverage, workload prioritization, and service delivery across supported functions.
- Provide direct supervision and leadership to the Executive Assistants, including performance management, employee development, workload allocation, administrative coverage, and workforce planning.
- Perform other duties consistent with the level and responsibility of the position.
