The Exceptional Scholar Services Administrative Assistant (full-time) supports district-level ESS operations, including managing scholar records, databases, and compliance documentation such as IEPs and 504 plans.
Responsibilities include maintaining physical and digital files across multiple campuses, ensuring data accuracy, preparing reports, and assisting with correspondence.
Qualifications require a minimum of an Associate’s degree or relevant experience, background clearance, First Aid/CPR certification, and strong communication skills.
