Event Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Event Assistant to help coordinate promotional events, community outreach campaigns, and brand activations in the Los Angeles area.

This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in event planning, marketing support, and campaign coordination.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, setup, and execution of promotional events
• Support event logistics including materials, scheduling, and coordination
• Represent the company professionally at local events and campaigns
• Help maintain event materials and branding consistency
• Track event participation and assist with performance reporting
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams
• Support post-event breakdown and follow-up tasks

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekends
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Previous event or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required
