    Watch Me Grow Child Development Center, Inc. [an ALABAMA QUALITY S.T.A.R.S/Q.R.I.S RATED FACILITY] has openings for dedicated, experienced Early Childhood professionals who are eager to work with children ages six (6) weeks - (12) twelve years of age. The ideal candidate must thrive in supporting classroom staff in delivering high-quality learning experiences for children. This role will assist in monitoring teachers and classroom supplies, while operating day to day office duties. JOB DESCRIPTION:
    • •Applicant must be 21 years or older, U. S. Citizen with valid identification.
    • •Must have your own source of reliable transportation.
    • •Must have one (1) or more years of experience as an Educational Coach or Lead Teacher in a child care setting.
    • •Complete an ABI/FBI background check.
    • •Must complete all DHR and Federal training, complete a Medical/TB clearance and provide proof of education (High School diploma or a higher-level degree).
    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Assist with the companies daily administrative operations and willingness to be flexible by working in any other area deemed necessary by management.
    • •Must be attentive to detail and able to effectively communicate with teachers regarding the program's expectations (policies and procedures), classroom management goals and assist with creating and maintaining a quality child care program and center.
    • •Monitor the level of supplies (office/classroom) and assist in complying with all DHR Performance Standards, such as child/staff ratios, health and safety and active supervision. 
    • •Perform Receptionist duties, such as answering a multi-line phone system, taking phone messages, operate office equipment, greet all parents, children and visitors professionally with a smile, and conduct tours of the facility to potential families.
    • •Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) and QuickBooks.
    • •Demonstrate excellent written, verbal and communication skills.
    • •Be able to type 40 or more wpm.
    • •Ability to stand for long periods of time and to lift ten (10) pounds or more in weight.

    SCHEDULE:
    • 8-hour shift
