Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain clean dish pit areas, restock line stations with clean cookware/plates, and manage trash, recycling, and floor care. Sanitation & Dish Washing: Wash, sanitize, and properly store all plates, glassware, Japanese ceramics, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.

Position Summary

As the backbone of kitchen operations, our Stewards keep Nagi running cleanly and efficiently. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to manage dishware, kitchen equipment, and overall BOH sanitation.

Key Responsibilities

• Sanitation & Dish Washing: Wash, sanitize, and properly store all plates, glassware, Japanese ceramics, pots, pans, and cooking utensils.

• Kitchen Maintenance: Maintain clean dish pit areas, restock line stations with clean cookware/plates, and manage trash, recycling, and floor care.

• Equipment Care: Safely operate dish machines and chemical systems according to manufacturer guidelines.

• Opening Setup: Help deep clean, organize, and prepare kitchen spaces during the pre-opening ramp up.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Prior dishwasher or kitchen utility experience preferred, but entry-level applicants with strong work ethic are welcome.

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods in a fast-paced environment.

• Reliable transportation, punctuality, and a proactive teamwork mindset.
