Director of Sales

Join our team as the Director of Sales at a historic downtown Cleveland hotel.

• Lead sales and marketing efforts to increase revenue and occupancy in a fast-paced urban setting.
• Build, train, and inspire a diverse sales team while collaborating across departments to ensure hotel success.
• Develop strategies, manage budgets, forecast results, and create marketing campaigns to position the hotel as a top destination.
• Actively engage in client outreach through sales calls, tours, and networking events to foster strong relationships.
• Support the General Manager and represent the hotel with style and positivity.
• 
  Qualifications include: 2+ years of hotel sales experience or relevant education, strong communication and negotiation skills, proficiency in sales techniques and computer skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure.
