What You'll Do As our Director of Claims, you'll provide strategic and operational leadership to teams responsible for delivering exceptional claims outcomes. You'll lead Claims Managers and their teams with a focus on severity control, expense management, quality, compliance, and customer service while helping shape strategies that strengthen the overall Claims organization. As a member of the Senior Claims Leadership Team, you'll work closely with other leaders across Olympus to drive consistency, develop talent, and ensure our claims practices reflect our commitment to Service, Simplicity, and Accountability.
