A leading energy-focused organization is seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk to support its Subsurface Data Management team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with data, staying organized, and supporting critical business operations in a collaborative corporate environment. What You’ll Do
  • Enter and maintain large volumes of records and metadata within proprietary data management systems
  • Organize, catalog, and index documentation using established naming conventions and classification standards
  • Review records for accuracy and completeness, identifying and resolving discrepancies as needed
  • Scan, upload, and link supporting documentation to the correct digital records
  • Maintain organized electronic and physical filing systems for efficient retrieval and audit support
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion
  • Monitor progress against productivity and quality goals while communicating updates to leadership
  • Support special projects and provide general administrative assistance to the data management team

What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum of 2 years of administrative, records management, or data entry experience
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent accuracy and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working with multiple systems, databases, and proprietary applications
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills required; Excel proficiency strongly preferred
  • Ability to manage deadlines and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Professional approach to handling confidential information

Qualifications
  • Previous exposure to records management, document control, or information governance practices
  • Interest in or familiarity with exploration, seismic, engineering, or technical data environments is a plus
  • Experience supporting corporate or energy industry teams preferred
