NOW HIRING: DATA ENTRY CLERK
We’re hiring a Data Entry Clerk to help maintain accurate records and support daily administrative operations. This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working with data in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
Accurately input, update, and maintain data across multiple systems and databases
Review and verify information for accuracy, completeness, and consistency
Organize and maintain digital and physical records as needed
Generate basic reports and assist with data tracking
Perform routine quality checks to ensure data integrity
Handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient workflow and accurate recordkeeping
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus
Strong typing and data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Previous data entry or administrative experience is a plus
