What You'll Be Doing
Keep buildings and surrounding areas clean, organized, and well-maintained
Perform daily cleaning tasks indoors and outdoors
Walk your sites regularly, keeping an eye out for anything that needs attention
Take care of minor repairs and maintenance tasks as they come up
Flag bigger issues to the management team so they can be handled quickly
Stay on top of your schedule and wrap up jobs completely and correctly
Keep simple, accurate records of the work you've completed

Schedule
4-day workweek (10-hour shifts)

Physical & Day-to-Day Requirements
This is a physical, on-your-feet role. You should be comfortable:
Climbing ladders and stairs
Bending, kneeling, and working around equipment
Lifting up to 75 lbs
Working both indoors and outdoors in a variety of conditions
Able to talk, sit, stand, stoop, and bend.
Excellent verbal/written communication, listening, customer service skills.
Demonstrated leadership skills and willing to be an effective team member.
Strong work ethic, punctuality, and a professional demeanor.
Demonstrate the ability to be flexible, and problem solve.
Excellent hand-eye coordination, able to grasp and assemble objects.
Excellent vision or corrected, including ability to distinguish basic color groups, excellent hearing.
