This position is based in our Boston headquarters. We believe in-person collaboration is a competitive advantage. Enterprise employees are typically in-office Monday through Thursday, with Fridays remote.
We are seeking a skilled paralegal to join our Corporate legal team in Boston. This visible and highly collaborative role will join a fun and dynamic team that handles high-profile governance, securities, capital markets, and policy matters. We’re looking for a detail oriented self-starter that thrives in a collaborative environment and is excited to contribute to meaningful work that impacts the business.
Note: This role is not suitable for law degree holders or those currently in law school. We are looking for a professional paralegal seeking to build core corporate skills.
What You’ll Do
Partner with Accounting, Investors Relations and Legal to support the end-to-end external reporting calendar, from annual meeting logistics and proxy plumbing to related party checks and D&O questionnaires.
Lead Section 16 reporting and track beneficial ownership of directors, officers and others.
Maintain critical governance processes, including Board meeting support and insider trading compliance matters.
Support subsidiary lifecycle matters, including entity formations, dissolutions, foreign qualifications and annual state compliance, while maintaining corporate records and compliance calendars and coordinating with outside counsel as needed.
Support capital markets and treasury activities, including transaction diligence, post-closing matters, KYC/KYB requests, compliance certificates, and other workstreams.
Build efficient relationships with outside counsel and manage spend through our legal billing system.
Help scale the legal function and build next-gen capabilities leveraging AI and other technology.
What You’ll Need
Bachelor’s degree
3+ years of professional administrative or paralegal experience in a corporate or law firm environment
Experience handling confidential information and working with senior management
Experience supporting multi-entity corporate structures and state compliance filings is beneficial but not required
Familiarity with SEC reporting, Section 16 compliance, insider trading programs and public company governance
Strong communication skills and the ability to navigate a large organization and collaborate cross-functionally
Self-motivated to seek out challenges and pursue excellent outcomes; willing to roll-up sleeves, pitch-in and tackle problems of all shapes and sizes.
