What You'll Do
- Manage the accounting and bookkeeping functions for auxiliary companies using QuickBooks.
- Reconcile and oversee corporate credit card accounts, ensuring accurate reporting and expense tracking.
- Prepare financial reports, spreadsheets, and reconciliations using Microsoft Excel.
- Coordinate corporate travel, including airfare, hotels, rental cars, and travel itineraries.
- Plan and coordinate corporate meetings, leadership events, and company functions.
- Maintain confidential financial and business information with the highest level of professionalism.
- Work closely with corporate leadership on special projects and operational initiatives.
- Assist with administrative and accounting projects as the company continues to grow.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and increase efficiency.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experience with QuickBooks.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Strong bookkeeping and account reconciliation experience.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to prioritize multiple projects while meeting deadlines.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.
- Able to anticipate needs and solve problems before they become issues.
- Enjoys balancing accounting work with administrative responsibilities.
- Proven ability to maintain strict confidentiality while working with sensitive financial, personnel, and executive-level information.
- Self-motivated with a continuous improvement mindset.
