Job Description

We are seeking skilled and motivated Cooks to join our culinary team in Hilton Head Island, SC. The ideal candidates will have a passion for food preparation, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and quality standards.
• Ensure all food is prepared in a timely manner and presented attractively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen and workstations.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff and management to ensure smooth operations.
• Adapt to menu changes and special dietary requests as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a cook or in a similar role preferred.
• Knowledge of food safety standards and kitchen sanitation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
