Cook Pastry
La Petite Maison Boston is looking for a Pastry Cook to join our opening kitchen team.
Youll support the pastry section in preparing mise-en-place and executing desserts and baked goods to LPMs standards, working closely with senior chefs to build your skills in a fine dining environment.
What Youll Be Responsible For
Prepare mise-en-place before each service
Support the pastry team in producing desserts and baked goods to recipe and standard
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workstation
Follow LPM recipes and quality standards consistently
What Were Looking For
At least 1 year of experience in a culinary/pastry environment
Basic knife skills and attention to detail
Team player, comfortable in a fast-paced kitchen
Genuine interest in growing within fine dining pastry
