Job Overview

At General Mills, our recruiters are more than talent scouts—they are brand ambassadors who embody our values. As a key member of our Experienced Recruiting team, you will manage a full life-cycle recruiting desk, supporting various functions and business segments across North America. You will partner with hiring leaders and HR Business Partners to deliver an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement creative sourcing strategies for challenging roles and locations.
• Collaborate with HR and hiring leaders to establish recruitment plans and strategies.
• Advocate for clients and candidates, ensuring a best-in-class experience.
• Stay updated on recruiting trends, talent pools, and compensation.
• Foster continuous improvement in sourcing and recruitment practices.
• Promote employer branding and manage the interview process.
• Develop diversity and inclusion strategies with hiring leaders.
• Engage with the community through events and manage end-to-end recruitment processes.

Requirements

• High School Diploma and 6 years of progressive recruiting experience.
• Experience in sourcing, full life cycle recruiting, and managing multiple searches.
• Past experience in Supply Chain Technical and Digital Recruiting.
• Proficiency in ATS for candidate management.
• Strong client service skills with a proactive and team-oriented approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferences

• Experience with Big Data and Supply Chain is a plus.
• Located in Minneapolis, MN, but remote work within the U.S. considered.
