Compensation Analyst

SNI Companies has partnered with our client to hire a Compensation Analyst.  The position will assist with analyzing, administering, and supporting the organization’s compensation program. This role conducts market research, analyzes salary data, supports compensation planning and helps ensure pay practices are competitive, equitable and align with business objectives.

Principle Duties:

• Conduct job evaluations and support job leveling and classification initiatives.
• Develop and revise job description tiers to ensure consistency and alignment.
• Research external compensation surveys and benchmark positions against relevant market data.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of sensitive employee and compensation information.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Bachelor’s degree, desired
• WorldatWork CCP (Certified Compensation Professional), desired
• Experience with compensation survey data and marking pricing methodologies
• Knowledge of job evaluation, salary structures, and pay equity.
• Experience with HRIS planforms such as Workday
• Familiarity with compensation analytics and reporting tools

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position is from $34.38 to $40.62 per hour DOE.  Insurance, and other benefit options that are offered include:

Terms: Contract
Location:  Colorado Springs, CO
Hours:  Monday – Friday (8 am to 5 pm), working up to 30 hours a week
