The Staff Pad has partnered with a premier residential and commercial roofing company to hire an experienced Commercial Account Manager (CAM) who serves as a trusted advisor, builds strong client relationships, solves challenges, and delivers exceptional customer experiences.<\/span>
<\/p>

 In this role the CAM will manage the full lifecycle of commercial roofing projects within your territory, from prospecting and inspections to contract execution and completion, while delivering a seamless, transparent, and results -driven customer experience.<\/span>
<\/p>

The CAM will also generate opportunities, educate decision -makers, collaborate with estimating and production teams, and ensure every customer receives the best experience.<\/span>

What You’ll Do<\/span>
<\/p>

  • Identify, research, and pursue commercial roofing opportunities within assigned markets<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Conduct property walks, inspections, and visual assessments to evaluate roofing conditions and project needs<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Build relationships with property managers, facility directors, building owners, and key stakeholders<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Represent the company at local networking events, trade shows, or community functions to generate new business<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Educate customers on roofing solutions, restoration vs. replacement options, insurance claims (when applicable), and the company’s value proposition<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Partner with the estimating team to prepare and present accurate, professional proposals.<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Present contracts and guide customers through the signing process with transparency and confidence<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the customer throughout the sales and pre -production phases<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Work closely with the estimating team to ensure scopes are properly defined and submitted on time<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Collaborate with production team to communicate expectations, coordinate timelines, and verify materials<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Manage projects from signed contract through final invoicing, proactively addressing updates and delays<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Conduct final walk -throughs, collect final payments, and generate reviews and referrals<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, contracts, jobs, and photos within AccuLynx<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Upload and organize required documents to ensure complete and production -ready job files<\/span>
    <\/li>
  • Manage and organize project photos in CompanyCam or similar platforms for tracking and visibility <\/span>
    <\/li><\/ul>

    What We Are Looking For<\/span>
    <\/p>

    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in commercial roofing, construction -related sales, or property service industries required<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Required experience working with building owners, property managers, and/or general contractors<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Skilled in using CRM platforms (AccuLynx preferred), project management systems, and digital communication technologies<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Able to safely access and inspect roofs, use ladders, and perform duties in elevated environments when necessary<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation is required<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Excellent communication and relationship -building abilities, with a professional and consultative approach to client interactions<\/span>
      <\/li>
    • Motivated self -starter capable of generating leads, developing a sales pipeline, and independently closing business deals<\/span>
