 We are a professional staffing firm, working with organizations across the country to place exceptional candidates. Currently, we are looking for a Commercial Loan Administration Specialist for our credit union client, responsible for performing a variety of commercial loan and deposit duties within their Business Financial Services Department. The Commercial Loan Administration Specialist is responsible for below specific duties.

Your specific duties will include:

Loans
  • Support commercial lending staff throughout the loan origination, approval, closing, and servicing processes.
  • Order, track, and maintain required loan documentation, including appraisals, title policies, environmental reports, and collateral files.
  • Process business loan transactions, including payments, payoffs, transfers, and participation loans within the core banking system.
  • Review loan requests and supporting documentation to ensure compliance with underwriting guidelines, policies, and regulations.
  • Maintain and update collateral, credit, appraisal, and loan covenant tracking files.
  • Monitor delinquency reports and follow up with members regarding outstanding loan obligations when appropriate.
  • Board approved loans onto the core system and ensure accurate data entry and record maintenance.
  • Research and resolve loan-related inquiries from members, vendors, and internal departments.
  • Process vendor invoices and payments related to loan servicing activities.

Deposits

  • Assist applicants with business membership and deposit account documentation and account setup.
  • .Maintain knowledge of business deposit products, account functions, and related documentation requirements.
  • Respond to applicant inquiries, emails, mail correspondence, and online requests in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support commercial lending officers with member service and basic product and service recommendations.
  • Develop and maintain procedures, checklists, and workflows to improve operational efficiency and compliance.
  • Maintain accurate records and ensure proper account maintenance within the core banking system.

Required qualifications for the position include:

    • 5 Years of Business lending experience.
    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Strong knowledge of commercial loan servicing, documentation, and deposit operations.
    • Experience working with core banking systems and loan processing platforms preferred.
    Pay Rate Range: $60,000-$75,000 annually

    Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Employees have access to healthcare benefits including medical, dental, and vision as well as a 401(k) plan.
