    Description

    Responsible for providing clerical support to the Medical Education team. Maintain confidentiality of all information and provide flexibility in practice staffing arrangements.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Assists with onboarding and tracking of patients enrolled in the GLP1 program. Serve as a point of contact for patients enrolled in the GLP1 program.

    2. Coordinates with pharmacy to provide customer service support for scripting, tracking, and filling of GLP1 medications associated with the GLP1 program.

    3. Prepares and submits reports related to scholarly projects in the resident continuity clinic.

    4. Coordinates with GME leadership and GME coordinator to ensure resident templates are opened and applied according to the resident continuity clinic schedule.

    5. Provides additional administrative support to the Associate Director of Graduate Medical Education as required. Assist with scheduling meetings, with particular advance attention to preventing scheduling conflicts.

    6. Handles telephone calls in a professional, courteous speaking manner; determines nature of all calls and initiates appropriate disposition. Deals discreetly with highly sensitive, confidential written, electronic, and oral communications.

    7. Performs other related duties as assigned.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    High School graduate or equivalent required

    Calendar Management

    Minimum one year experience in front office duties

    Demonstrates good verbal and written communications, with good interpersonal and organizational skills

    Possesses computer skills with proficiency in data entry and keyboarding skills

    Ability to handle multiple tasks ensuring completion with minimal supervision

    Must have good attention to detail

    Ability to maintain confidentiality in all matters

    Ability to maintain professionalism when dealing with employees and visitors of the Center

    PHYSICAL ACTIVITIES AND REQUIREMENTS:

    Visual: Average, ordinary, visual acuity necessary to prepare or inspect documents or other materials.

    Physical: Sedentary work; sitting most of the time. May have to lift folders, files, papers, audio/video equipment, and other such items weighing up to approximately 25 lbs.
