QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor's degree preferred. 3+ years of experience in client support and office management, preferably in financial services, law office or pprofessional services firm.

RESPONSIBILITIES

THIS ROLE WILL BE ONSITE 5 DAYS PER WEEK.
Manhattan office of a global financial client needs a Client Support/Office manager to join their team.
US Client Service (55% of time)

· Update APX and client portal for new/closed accounts and contacts

· Quarterly invoice review

· Executive reporting

· Create client presentations (entry level)

· Advisory channel support

o Enter leads (Stage 0 Opportunities) into Salesforce for Advisory Channel

o Check custodian interfaces for advisor channel activity (pull down/save reports)

o Advisory sales tracking (pull down/save reports)

· Work with sales associates to assist in ongoing CRM maintenance

· Validate and track client cash flows

 

NY Office Management (25% of time)

· Provide professional front desk presence and premium service

· Intraday conference room and pantry maintenance

· Process mail and packages

· Receive and put out meals for special events as needed

· Receive and stock weekly coffee, fruit, dairy product deliveries

· Provide weekly inventory of office supplies to Office Management team

 

Private Wealth US (20% of time)

· Work with custodians and clients on tax reporting, LOAs, cash requests; countersignatures, filing and secure digital storage.

· Print and distribute monthly and quarterly reports via mail and ShareFile

· Deposit checks
