As a Client Manager on our Employee Benefits team, you’ll be at the heart of our commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients. You’ll manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention while contributing to our shared goals. This role is your opportunity to build lasting relationships and make a meaningful impact.
How you'll make an impact:- Lead the day-to-day management of client accounts, ensuring their needs are met with care and precision.
- Collaborate with the Production team to deliver tailored solutions during the renewal process, securing existing business and identifying opportunities for growth.
- By cultivating strong relationships with clients and their representatives, you’ll enhance Gallagher’s value and drive success for both the clients and the organization.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 3+ years of client service and/or claims management experience OR
- High School diploma/GED with 8+ years of client service and/or claims management experience
- Producer's License
- Ability to travel up to 25%
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Appropriate licensing as required
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous insurance industry knowledge and experience
- Experience managing client relationships
- Strong financial acumen
