Join a $40M+ High-Growth Company Scaling Nationally

An industry-leading, $40M+ high-growth organization is seeking a highly capable, entrepreneurial Chief of Staff to serve as the founder's right hand and help drive the next stage of the business's evolution.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ambiguity, loves solving problems, and wants a front-row seat to building and scaling a substantial business as it grows into new territories and makets nationwide. One day may involve reviewing a P&L with the founder, while the next could include coordinating with attorneys on a new entity formation, supporting a marketing initiative, negotiating with a lender, or helping launch a new market.

The ideal candidate is resourceful, driven, business-minded, and comfortable figuring things out without being told exactly what to do.

About the Role

As Chief of Staff, you will serve as the founder's strategic and operational partner, helping ensure the business runs efficiently while supporting growth initiatives across multiple functions.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the founder's trusted partner and extension of the leadership team
  • Drive execution of strategic initiatives and ensure key projects stay on track
  • Analyze and discuss financial performance, including reviewing P&Ls, budgets, cash flow, and key business metrics
  • Work cross-functionally across operations, finance, marketing, legal, and administration
  • Coordinate with outside attorneys, accountants, bankers, lenders, and other professional partners
  • Assist with entity formation, Secretary of State filings, business registrations, licensing, and corporate compliance requirements
  • Support expansion efforts including new locations, acquisitions, and future franchising initiatives
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve efficiency and scalability
  • Manage high-priority communications and ensure critical follow-ups happen
  • Conduct research, prepare reports, and develop recommendations to support decision-making
  • Partner with marketing and operations teams to help drive growth initiatives
  • Prepare meeting agendas, track action items, and hold team members accountable for deliverables
  • Handle special projects and solve problems as they arise, often with limited direction

Required Qualifications

  • Hands-on experience in business operations, management, consulting, finance, entrepreneurship, Chief of Staff, or similar leadership roles
  • Strong financial acumen with the ability to understand and discuss P&Ls, business performance, and key financial metrics
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced growth environment
  • High level of business judgment and discretion
  • Resourceful, proactive, and able to execute independently
  • Comfortable working directly with an entrepreneurial founder who moves quickly and expects results
  • Proven ability to solve problems, figure things out, and drive execution without constant oversight

Ideal Candidate

  • Has worked directly with a founder, entrepreneur, or business owner
  • Thinks like an owner, not an employee
  • Enjoys building systems, solving problems, and creating order from chaos
  • Has experience in scaling businesses, multi-location operations, franchising, or growth-stage companies
  • Understands how different areas of a business connect, including operations, finance, sales, marketing, and legal
  • Doesn't say, "That's not my job" or “Can’t be done”

Who Will Thrive Here

This role is ideal for someone who:

  • Wants to learn how a successful entrepreneur builds and scales companies
  • Gets energized by solving new challenges every day
  • Prefers ownership over bureaucracy
  • Can move between high-level strategy and hands-on execution
  • Wants to play a meaningful role in building something significant

Why This Role

  • Direct partnership with a highly driven and successful founder
  • Exposure to every aspect of running and scaling a growing business
  • Opportunity to serve as a true strategic partner, not an administrative assistant
  • High autonomy and significant influence on company growth
  • Comprehensive benefits package and 401K

If you're entrepreneurial, resourceful, highly organized, and excited by the idea of helping build a national company from the inside, this is an exceptional opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working directly alongside a proven founder.
