Carrier Sales Representative / Logistics Coordinator
Location: Greater Cleveland, Ohio area
Compensation
- Base Salary: $45,000 – $60,000
- Entry-level / developing talent around $45K
- Experienced carrier sales candidates up to $60K
- Quarterly incentive bonus plan
Position Overview
This is a Carrier Sales-focused role responsible for:
- Building and maintaining carrier relationships
- Sourcing truck capacity
- Covering freight efficiently and profitably
- Negotiating rates with carriers
- Working closely with brokerage operations
- Supporting customer service and load execution
- Developing long-term carrier partnerships
