The Care Management Assistant II provides support to Case Managers and Social Workers; responsible for informational accuracy in relation to patients and insurance, facilitate reimbursement and through-put of the patient stay.
This role will also work to establish and maintain post-acute network relationships across the Cone Health enterprise.
