Seeking a full-time Business Office Manager (Collections/Billing/HR) in New Hope, MN, to oversee billing, collections, payroll, and HR functions in a healthcare setting.
Responsibilities include managing billing for Medicare, Medicaid, and private insurance, assisting with benefits enrollment, processing refunds, coordinating with insurers, and supporting new employee onboarding.
Qualifications include 1-2 years of healthcare accounting/billing experience, Medicaid/Medicare billing, computer skills, and a passion for working with seniors. Preferred qualifications include experience with Point Click Care, payroll review, and a bachelor’s degree.
Schedule: 8:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday through Friday.
