Business Litigation Attorney Opportunity in Jacksonville: Business Disputes for Companies and Owners

Our client, a well-established Northeast Florida litigation firm, is looking for a Business Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its team in Jacksonville. The firm represents businesses, owners, and executives in contract, partnership, non-compete, and business tort disputes in state and federal courts.

This is a hybrid position, giving you a balanced week of in-person time at the Jacksonville office and focused days working from home.

What You'll Do

• Handle business disputes from early case assessment through trial
• Draft pleadings, dispositive motions, and persuasive briefs
• Manage written discovery and take and defend depositions
• Argue motions and represent clients at mediation
• Partner with senior attorneys on case strategy and client updates

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of business or commercial litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and client service skills
• Ability to thrive on a hybrid schedule
