Description
Join our dynamic team as a Business Channel Support Specialist in the Winchester, VA region.
This contract position requires a keen eye for detail and a strong understanding of risk management and compliance.
You will be responsible for evaluating business applications and identifying potential fraud using various technologies and systems.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive risk assessments of new business membership applications.
Perform in-depth business verification and investigative due diligence.
Analyze applicant, owner, and related-party information for fraud indicators.
Exercise sound risk-based judgment to render application decisions.
Prepare and coordinate denial, escalation, and fraud mitigation actions.
Qualifications
Experience in risk assessment and management.
Proficiency in conducting due diligence using internal and external sources.
Strong analytical skills to identify potential fraud risks.
Ability to make informed decisions based on risk-based judgment.
Excellent communication skills for preparing reports and documentation.
