    Requirements
    • 10 or more years of demonstrated business analysis experience in complex IT or technology environments.
    • Proficiency in requirements elicitation, interviewing, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
    • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft 365, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint.
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Visio for process mapping, workflow documentation, and technical diagrams.
    • Experience working with technical SMEs across infrastructure, applications, cybersecurity, or similar IT disciplines.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    Responsibilities
    • Lead discovery sessions, interviews, and workshops with IT teams and stakeholders.
    • Inventory existing technical, operational, and security documentation across systems and infrastructure.
    • Analyze and document current-state processes, workflows, dependencies, and pain points.
    • Create process maps, workflow diagrams, and analysis artifacts using Microsoft Visio and Microsoft 365.
    • Identify documentation gaps, process risks, and opportunities for standardization.
    • Collaborate with technical writers to translate SME knowledge into structured documentation and governance standards.
