    Position Title: Business Analyst – I
    Location: Hybrid - Greer, South Carolina 29651
    Pay Rate: $36 per hour
    Work Authorization: U.S. Citizens or Green Card holders


    Position Summary:
    The Business Analyst oversees business process analysis, cost/benefit analysis, and project design for small-to-medium projects, acting as a liaison between business units and IT to optimize processes.

    Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, IT, Science, Business, or equivalent experience in IT applications or infrastructure.
    • Experience:
      • 3+ years in IT governance and system development lifecycle.
      • 3+ years in planning, testing, and designing IT solutions.
      • 3+ years in project leadership or system responsibility within IT.
      • 3+ years in systems analysis.
      • Proven ability to work collaboratively within team environments.
    • Training: Project management and system-specific training (preferred).

    Skills:

    • Knowledge of databases, operating systems, and IT infrastructure (basic to advanced, depending on task).

    Work Location/Shift:

    • Primary location: Plant Spartanburg (90%), with potential work at other local facilities (up to 10%).

    Responsibilities:

    • Partner with business units to analyze operational procedures and identify process improvements.
    • Act as a Subject Matter Expert for “as-is” and “to-be” processes, aligning with global strategies.
    • Analyze system capabilities, workflow, and constraints; document specifications and process changes.
    • Manage project resources, prepare functional specs, and facilitate communication between business and development teams.
    • Support quality improvements, project scheduling, and process automation efforts.
    • Maintain a high level of understanding of business processes to meet requirements.

    Physical and Environmental Demands:

    • Normal office work with prolonged sitting and desktop use ("C").
    • Occasional work in manufacturing areas and international travel ("O").
    • Use of protective equipment when in production areas ("F").
