Branch Admin Assistant

Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred

$20-$24/hour

We are currently looking for a Branch Administrative Assistant to join a growing insulation distribution company located in the South Phoenix area! This would be an evaluation to hire opportunity, with plenty of room for advancement. This current opening is immediate, and we need someone ASAP! See details below.

Branch Administrative Assistant Highlights:

Branch Administrative Assistant Job Duties:

Support the sales efforts by overseeing the administrative and clerical tasks for the branch
Process orders
Serve as a sales liaison
Answer incoming calls
File paperwork
Provide excellent customer service

Branch Administrative Assistant Qualifications:

Strong computer skills, proficiency using Microsoft Office tools, including Excel and PowerPoint as well as experience with Publisher.
Experience with a CRM program
Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines
Professional and comfortable talking on the phone
Able to work independently and report progress
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are a must
Building material industry background a plus
