Bookkeeper/Administrative Assistant (Part-time)
Job duties:
- AP/AR for 8 entities
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Process quarterly financial reports
- Minimal telephone answering and filing
- Some communication with commercial tenants and vendors
Requirements & preferred skills:
- QuickBooks (requires strong proficiency with QuickBooks desktop)
- 3-5 years recent Bookkeeping experience
- Some Property Management experience desired
Must be able to pass a Credit screening and drug screening
Length: Contract-to-Direct
Pay: $23.00/hour- $25.00/hour (depending upon experience)
Schedule: Part-time- 20-25 hours/week (between the hours of 9:00 AM- 5:00 PM Mon-Fri)
