Bankruptcy Litigation Attorney Opportunity in Jacksonville: Bankruptcy Litigation with Balance

Our client, a well-regarded Northeast Florida business and bankruptcy firm, is looking for a Bankruptcy Litigation Attorney with 3+ years of experience to join its team in Jacksonville. The practice represents creditors, debtors, trustees, and businesses in adversary proceedings, contested matters, and creditors' rights litigation.

This is a hybrid position, giving you a balanced week of in-person time at the Jacksonville office and focused days working from home.

What You'll Do

• Handle adversary proceedings and contested bankruptcy matters
• Draft motions, objections, briefs, and discovery
• Take and defend depositions
• Appear at hearings in bankruptcy and state courts
• Advise clients on creditors' rights and workout strategy

What We're Looking For

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Member of The Florida Bar in good standing
• 3+ years of bankruptcy, creditors' rights, or commercial litigation experience
• Strong legal writing, analytical, and client service skills
• Ability to thrive on a hybrid schedule
