Responsibilities
Manage litigation matters from filing through resolution and trial
Draft and review pleadings, motions, and discovery
Conduct and defend depositions
Attend hearings, mediations, and trials
Develop case strategies through legal research and analysis
Advise clients and assist with negotiations and settlements
Collaborate with attorneys and staff to ensure effective case management
Maintain organized and accurate case files
Meet billable hour expectations
Requirements
Active Florida Bar license
5+ years of recent insurance defense litigation experience
