    Description

    • Completion of undergraduate core program in human resources, business administration or public administration;
    • 24 months experience in human resources which includes 12 months experience in supervisory and/or management principles and techniques
    • Master's degree in human resources or related field;
    • 5-10 years public sector related human resources experience.;
    • SHRM-CP or PHR certification;
    • Demonstrated experience at key administrative level with significant supervisory exp.;
    • Demonstrated commitment to cultural diversity

    Employee is under administrative direction from Human Resources Director; Manages all aspects of the recruitment team; directly supervises Human Resources Capital Management Analysts.

    The employee will help the agency achieve CFSR standards and help ensure service delivery that focuses on Safety, Permanency and Well-being for the families served by the agency.     • Assists HR Director in developing and executing strategies that serve to attract and retain talent;

    • Responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations of HR Recruitment team, implementing recruitment and retention efforts ensuring compliance with state/federal statutes, ORC/OAC and CBA;

    • Directly supervises HR Generalist, including managing all direct reports performance, development, and engagement.

    • Assists in the review and redesign of the FCCS applicant tracking system;

    • Ensures vacancies are advertised in appropriate venues to attract a diverse candidate pool;

    • Prepares reports as requested and assists with special projects.

    • Ensures onboarding of new staff is implemented according to FCCS standards.

    • Ensures all personnel files are maintained and uploaded to OnBase accordingly.

    • Conducts investigations and/or pre-disciplinary hearings.

    • Attends meetings and trainings as needed.

    • Performs other related duties as assigned.
