New Gig Solutions is partnering with a well-established, mission-driven law firm seeking a Nevada-licensed Associate Attorney to join its growing remote team.

This is an opportunity to do meaningful legal work helping individuals facing financial and consumer-related challenges, without the pressure of billable hours or business development.

Location: Fully remote
Work Schedule: Pacific Time (PST) hours
Eligible States: Utah, Nevada, Arizona, New Mexico, or Idaho
Bar Admission: Active Nevada Bar license required
Salary: $115,000

What You'll Do

• Manage consumer advocacy and civil litigation matters from intake through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and other legal documents
• Conduct legal research and develop case strategies
• Communicate directly with clients and keep them informed throughout their cases
• Negotiate with opposing counsel and work toward favorable resolutions
• Attend court appearances and hearings in Nevada as needed

What We're Looking For

• Active Nevada Bar license in good standing
• 1+ years of attorney experience; attorneys with varying levels of experience are encouraged to apply
• Strong litigation, negotiation, and legal writing skills
• Ability to manage a caseload independently
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work remotely while maintaining a schedule aligned with Pacific Time

• Consumer law
• Civil litigation
• Debt defense or creditor disputes
• Bankruptcy
• Personal injury or other litigation backgrounds
