Litigation Associate Attorney
Our client, a highly regarded Colorado litigation practice, is seeking a Litigation Associate Attorney with 3+ years of experience to support its expanding construction defect defense group. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain substantial responsibility, work directly with clients and experts, and develop sophisticated litigation skills in a collaborative environment. Attorneys are encouraged to take ownership of their cases while receiving mentorship from experienced trial lawyers.
Key Responsibilities
Handle a diverse docket of construction, casualty, premises liability, and general negligence defense matters.
Prepare and file pleadings, dispositive motions, discovery requests, responses, and legal briefs.
Develop litigation strategies and evaluate liability and damages exposure.
Conduct witness interviews and factual investigations.
Manage all phases of discovery, including written discovery and document review.
Take and defend depositions of parties, fact witnesses, corporate representatives, and experts.
