Associate Attorney, Family Law

Our client, a highly respected Colorado law firm, is seeking a Family Law Attorney to join its growing practice. This is an excellent opportunity for an attorney who is passionate about advocating for clients through complex family law matters and thrives in a collaborative, client-focused environment.

This attorney will represent clients in a wide range of family law matters, providing strategic legal counsel, strong advocacy, and exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in family law and possess the ability to manage cases independently while maintaining positive relationships with clients, court personnel, and members of the legal community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Advise and represent clients in family law matters, including divorce, custody, parenting time, child support, maintenance, and property division disputes.
  • Conduct legal research and prepare motions, pleadings, briefs, and other legal documents.
  • Develop case strategies and provide practical legal guidance to clients.
  • Negotiate settlements and resolutions on behalf of clients.
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and other legal proceedings.
  • Maintain consistent communication with clients regarding case status and legal options.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and support staff to achieve successful client outcomes.
