We are seeking an experienced and motivated Permanent Associate Attorney to join our dynamic legal team. This role is ideal for a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possessing a deep understanding of FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, Debt Collection, and Financial Services Litigation. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling a variety of complex legal matters, including civil litigation and motion practice. This position requires a high level of strategic thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while managing multiple tasks.

Job Details

Responsibilities:

1. Represent clients in all aspects of financial services litigation, including FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, and other related matters.
2. Develop and implement effective legal strategies to resolve client matters promptly and efficiently.
3. Draft, review, and file legal pleadings, motions, and discovery materials.
4. Conduct comprehensive legal research and prepare legal memoranda.
5. Engage in motion practice, including drafting, arguing, and responding to motions.
6. Provide legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their rights and interests are protected.
7. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of changes in legislation and case law relevant to financial services litigation.
8. Collaborate with team members to ensure the delivery of high-quality legal services.

Qualifications:

1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
2. Admission to the state bar.
3. Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services litigation, specifically dealing with FDCPA, FCRA, TCPA, Debt Collection, and Debt Collector issues.
4. Proven experience in civil litigation, motion practice, and preparing legal pleadings and motions.
5. Strong legal research skills and the ability to draft clear, concise legal memoranda.
6. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
9. High level of professionalism and ethical standards.
10. Strong negotiation skills and the ability to interact effectively with clients and opposing counsel.
11. Proficiency in using legal research software and other relevant computer applications.
