Job Details

In this role, you will handle complex litigation matters from case inception through resolution, including legal research, strategy development, motion practice, depositions, hearings and trial preparation. The position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of sophisticated disputes while collaborating closely with clients and fellow attorneys to achieve successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Admission to the Texas State Bar
• 3+ years of litigation experience
• Real estate litigation experience is strongly preferred
