A growing organization is looking for an AP Specialist to join their accounting team! This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, confident in their accounting skills, and looking for a role with a clear path for growth.
What You’ll Do
- Process and manage accounts payable transactions
- Review, verify, and reconcile invoices and expense reports
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for audits and financial reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve questions and discrepancies
- Assist with month-end close, reporting, and account reconciliations
What They’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Ideally 2–3+ years of AP/accounting experience
- Open to recent college graduates with internship experience and strong technical accounting skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Confident communicator who is comfortable working with clients and vendors
- Professional and polished personality
- Property management experience is a plus
