Accounts Payable Specialist
Indianapolis, IN | Full-Time | Hybrid
Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves keeping things organized? We’re looking for an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our growing team and help ensure the smooth and accurate processing of our financial transactions.
What You’ll Do:
Process a high volume of invoices with accuracy and attention to detail
Verify and reconcile vendor statements, resolve discrepancies, and ensure timely payments
Manage the AP inbox and respond to vendor inquiries in a professional and timely manner
Prepare and process weekly check runs, ACH payments, and wire transfers
Assist with month-end closing and support the accounting team with various projects
Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with company policy and audit requirements
✅ What We’re Looking For:
2+ years of experience in accounts payable or a similar accounting role
Strong organizational skills and a high level of accuracy
Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism
