Accounts Payable Specialist
Salary: $50,000 - $60,000 annually

Key Responsibilities for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- Process and manage approximately 250-350 invoices per week with accuracy and efficiency.
- Match invoices to purchase orders and receiving documentation, ensuring proper approvals and coding.
- Investigate and resolve invoice discrepancies, vendor questions, and payment issues.
- Maintain vendor records and support timely payment processing.
- Assist with month-end closing activities and AP reporting as needed.
Qualifications for the Accounts Payable Specialist:
- 2+ years of Accounts Payable experience, preferably in a high-volume processing environment.
- Experience working with purchase orders and three-way matching.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
