Family Practice Division Coordinator

The Administrative Office of the Courts (AOC) Family Practice Division is seeking a highly organized, motivated, and detail-oriented professional with strong customer service, administrative, and interpersonal skills. Reporting to the Court Executive 2b (Chief) and other leadership, this individual will coordinate activities between the Family Practice Division, Vicinages, and various stakeholders.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating communication and collaboration among internal and external partners
  • Making objective, well-informed decisions and anticipating their impact on court operations
  • Adapting to changing conditions and developing strategies to achieve Judiciary goals
  • Identifying and recommending best practices in relevant program areas

Remote Work: The Judiciary currently offers a hybrid work schedule, and this position may qualify for up to 2 days of remote work outside of Judiciary buildings. To participate in this program, in addition to installing a multifactor authentication app on your phone or tablet, you will be required to have high speed home internet access.

This role requires a proactive approach, strong analytical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree and three years of professional experience, one of which shall be in program development, program coordination, program analysis, program administration and/or administrative research.

Substitution: Applicants who do not possess the required education may substitute additional paraprofessional and/or professional experience on a year-for-year basis with one year of such experience being equal to 30 semester hour credits. An associate degree from an accredited college or university and two years of additional paraprofessional and/or professional experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree. A master's degree from an accredited college or university may be substituted for one year of experience. A law degree from an approved American Bar Association law school may be substituted for two years of experience. Note: A master's degree or a law degree from an accredited college or university, may be used as a substitution, not both.
